Introducing our Bottle Aversion Therapy Programme, an 8-week, step-by-step guide designed to help your baby overcome bottle aversion. Created by Milk to Mealtime, experts in feeding therapy, this programme is tailored to create positive feeding experiences, reduce stress, and build your baby’s confidence with the bottle. Through gentle, compassionate strategies, we’ll guide you in understanding your baby’s needs, setting up a nurturing feeding environment, and gradually encouraging bottle acceptance—all at your baby’s own pace. Course Outline Week 1: We’ll start by understanding bottle aversion and setting up a positive feeding environment. Week 2: We’ll focus on building positive associations with the bottle through gentle, non-feeding interactions. Week 3: We’ll begin to introduce the bottle during non-hunger times to reduce pressure and help your baby explore the bottle in a calm, low-stress context. Week 4: We’ll gently reintroduce the bottle when your baby shows early signs of hunger, ensuring that these feeding sessions remain short, positive, and pressure-free. Week 5: We’ll work on increasing your baby’s comfort with the bottle during genuine hunger times, focusing on gradually increasing feeding duration and volume.
