The Milk to Mealtime Approach
Milk to Mealtime specialises in diagnosing and improving eating and drinking difficulties experienced by children at the very start of their weaning journey right through to adolescence. Milk to Mealtime aims to be accessible, achievable and manageable for busy families from all backgrounds who are desperate for help with their child's eating.

Milk to Mealtime doesn't just look at what your child finds difficult and seek to change your child. We take a step back and look at the mealtime as a whole and look to make pragmatic, manageable and realistic changes to the whole set up.

We take an 'indirect' approach to supporting your child. While we may at times need to observe your child eat and drink, we work through you as you are your child's best support. They need the people in their lives every day to make the changes, not a Therapist who the see every so often. We coach you, you coach your child (and yourself at times). This is why we only offer virtual appointments.
